Service Dispatcher
A Petroleum Dispatcher is responsible for assisting customers with service needs and assigning technicians to work orders and job calls.
Provide proper coverage of the service phone lines during normal working hours
Receive service requests from internal and external customers
Schedules Service Technician’s workloads by utilizing GPS and prioritizing calls
Dispatch all calls in a timely manner
Writes work orders based on capturing all information from the customers
Communicate any necessary information with customers and technicians
Customers must be informed of schedules, changes in schedules, parts and equipment needs
Verifies customer credit status (i.e. warranty, COD, Credit Hold)
Follow up with customers as needed Other duties as assigned

Service Technicians
The main focus of your position will be to provide quality, timely POS installs for our customers.
Electrical, electronics and computer skills are preferred for a technician’s position
Service Techs must be willing to work on call or after hours
Strong work ethic/character is a must
Must have a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a drug screening (pre-employment and random)

A Petroleum Service Manager is responsible for leading, supervising and coordinating WildcoPES service technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering on time service calls, and verifying quality service delivered with every call.
